Appearance: A tall, sharply dressed Nkarken male, with a seemingly perpetual scowl on his face, and a humorless, pince-nez mien. He looks somewhat like an accountant. He has neatly combed, black hair. He never seems to go anywhere without his walking stick. He is very fit and muscular.

Appearance of a Normal Nkarken: A humanoid figure with blue-black skin and oddly colored hair, ranging from Hot-pink to Pitch Black. Their teeth have developed into sharp fangs. Most Nkarken also tend to wear silly hats. People have discussed at length why this might be but no answer has been found yet. Most Nkarken are also very fit, due to the training they are given in their youth and which they later continue on their own.

Background: Leonid Ilyich "Doc" Karkarov was born in Griffith, Georg, a young Nkarken Colony on the planet of Ups. He became a Weaponsmaster in the Nkarken Military and studied Medicine. Although a good student and soldier, his greed and ambition didn't make him very popular.

After his Graduation, he moved to Kih'tah and opened a clinic there. Although a good doctor, his grumpy attitude and problems with understanding what the Kih'tan had to say, made his clinic a very unpopular one. He fell on hard times.

Soon, however, he discovered that real money could be gained through more shady means. He then closed up his clinic and turned to gambling, smuggling and other shady dealings.

His little business, however, was later discovered by the authorities, and he was forced to flee the planet. He suspects foul play, and is now trying to find out how he was discovered.

Logbook, Date 1.11.xx: Today I joined a rag-tag group of mis-fits who of course were in need of a physician. Why I joined them, I do not know. Desperation perhaps? Bah, I will have to make the best of my current situation. There are still things which need to be done, and this group seems eager to do these things, which pleases me greatly. Perhaps they will prove useful still.
