His arrogant, aggressive nature with little cooking knowledge made him a terror to work with in the kitchen. Earning the nickname, Mal Carne (Bad meat) from his peers. While he has improved dramaticaly, he has taken on the last name Mal Carne as a reminder he can always better himself.
