Appearance: I typically wear the uniform of my profession, a light brown button-up shirt with black tie, black dress pants, and a cap displaying the insignia of the government census.  If inclement weather threatens I also don the standard issue brown jacket to protect myself from exposure.  My attire appears to be fairly worn, but surprisingly clean and well-kept considering the chaotic and dirty conditions of my travels.  A government issue backpack holds my necessities, spare clothes, a few scraps of food and sips of water, and also the tools of my trade, a well-used clipboard, several copies of numerous forms and statements, a variety of pens and pencils, the census taker's book of rules and regulations, and a (severely) outdated map of the area I was intended to service. I also have a shiny, black sword, apparently.

Personality: Persistent, patient, tenacious.  So far I've proven myself to be trustworthy and almost honorable in my own way.  Many say I'm too nice for my own good, but you'd be surprised what you can accomplish with a friendly attitude and kind words.  I seem to have a great deal of trouble noticing relevant physical features about the people I meet, though I don't realize it.  It's probably just another manifestation of my many borderline psychosises.  Of course, people these days are so darn crazy on their own that my relatively benign delusions grant me the dubious honor of being considered one of the saner RADlanders.
